Platypass LLC ("Platypass", "we", "us") wants you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases on the Platypass platform.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through our payment provider's customer portal. When you cancel:
- You keep full access to your paid features through the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- At the end of the period, your account automatically reverts to the free Business or User profile tier — your data, listings, and content remain.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you change your mind shortly after a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to:
- New subscription purchases
- One-time upgrades and add-ons
After the 14-Day Window
After 14 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for subscription renewals. Instead, you can cancel at any time and continue using the paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the free tier.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the in-app help channels and we'll help arrange your refund with Paddle.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
